I hold three master certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), the most respected organization in the industry. I am also a Commercial Drying Specialist, a credential that demonstrates my advanced knowledge and skills in drying complex structures and systems.

As a General Manager, I oversee the daily operations, marketing, and sales of my branch, ensuring that we deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction. I also manage the restoration and construction estimating process, using Xactimate and Symbility products, both cutting-edge software platforms that streamlines the workflow and communication between contractors, adjusters, and policyholders.
