Education
Education of apartment industry standards has become a necessity for both the property owner as well as on-site personnel. The Apartment Association of Greater New Orleans significantly reduces the cost of education through continuing education programs. We instruct standard methods of operation as well as the newest techniques in management and sales. AAGNO also presents nationally prepared and acclaimed property management credential courses for industry professionals including the Independent Rental Owners Course (IROC), the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and the Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) and the Certified Apartment Leasing Program (CALP). Current Events

Our annual Products and Service Showcase introduces you to the latest products and services available in your marketplace. A copy of the membership directory identifies all members within our association, from service provider to owners and their apartment communities. AAGNO will post and or email a newspage to members every other month with information on all events, legislative issues, law changes and much more.
